“Pursue Excellence in Plant Sciences”. To conduct innovative research, teaching, and outreach on the patterns and processes of life with a focus on plant and environment.

1. To anticipate and effectively respond to societal needs so as to contribute and transform the society into a knowledge society.

2. To make a significant contribution of promoting knowledge society through high-quality education, scholarly research and professional development of students.
