3. To motivate faculty members to attend Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) that enhance their
research abilities.
4. To support faculty in publishing their research in reputed journals such as Scopus, Web of Science, or
UGC-CARE-listed journals.
5. To encourage teaching faculty at undergraduate and postgraduate levels to pursue Ph.D. degrees from
recognized universities.
6. To inspire faculty to apply for research grants and funding from organizations like UGC, DST, ICSSR,
AICTE, and others for both small and large research projects.
