Career Training and Placement Cell (CTPC):

VPM’s B. N. Bandodkar College of Science (Autonomous). The Career Training and Placement Cell (CTPC) of VPM’s B. N. Bandodkar College of Science (Autonomous) was established under the leadership of the Principal with the mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The CTPC plays a pivotal role in connecting students with potential employers and entrepreneurship avenues by preparing them for real-world challenges.

Key Objectives

Placement Guidelines

  • Once a student accepts a job offer, they are excluded from further recruitment processes.

  • Job offers are prioritized based on compensation, profile, and student preferences.

  • The placement process is conducted as per a mutually agreed schedule between the company and CTPC.

  • Final selections are shared with CTPC, and selected students must formally accept the offer via email (with CTPC in CC).

  • Joining is subject to successful completion of the academic program. 

Our Placement Cell has been instrumental in enabling job opportunities across sectors like pharmaceuticals, IT, healthcare, finance, and more. With continued support from faculty and industry collaborators, the cell is committed to driving student success beyond academics.
